How we can Scale our Team and Personal Agility with Kindness and AI (Part 2)

"Strange - Don't you think I'm looking Older? But something good has happened to me - Change is a stranger - You have yet to know" - George Michael, Older

Welcome to Part 2 of this series of Leading Scaling Agility with Kindness and Artificial Intelligence. As a refresher, here is the first part and Thank you for all your feedback and comments, I truly appreciate your generosity!

We begin Part 2 with applying Artifical Intelligence to The Temenos Risk-Reward Model and approach to Leading Scaling Agility:

I have three ideas (with several use cases) to begin applying AI to Low and Medium Risk Tasks or Challenges (Thank you Stephen Franklin ):

  1. Low Risk/Low Reward Ideas - meeting transcription - Goal/OKR brainstorming suggestions - real-time, contextual surfacing of knowledge base / help desk resources (ex. surface IT support links when people mention computer issues in a meeting) - real-time surfacing of related topics (ex. detect when a competitor is mentioned in a meeting and surface all other mentions of that competitor and any other relevant competitor info) - Potential inter-personal conflict detection
  2. Low Risk /Medim Reward Ideas - meeting summaries and notes/outline - action item / tasks identification from meeting, chat, email conversations - automated agenda creation - team status update/progress email/report drafts - team member status/progress update email/report draft - daily action plan creation and monitoring - weekly objective planning and monitoring - team chat/email thread summarization - auto-tagging / auto-categorization meeting/chat/email discussion topics - weekly/monthly/quarterly team performance reports with coaching - weekly/monthly/quarterly manager performance reports with coaching - Adpative conversation guides for 1:1s
  3. Low Risk /High Reward Ideas - post team/1:1 meeting coaching and guidance - Automated action plans / playbooks - exception monitoring and alerting (detect when discussions deviate from policies and procedures) - formal employee performance review drafts - Work item / Calendar scheduling assistance

And we can go on and on! The list is endless and the limits to application are the limits to our creativity!

Here is an example of an AI assistant's analysis of What went well and a Few Possible Improvements for a meeting w had:

I felt that this feedback was an amazing synthesis of the Kindness+AI approach that I have been talking about. What do you think of this - Harmony Maintenance? I have never put these two words together!! Now, imagine what this can do for the Team Manager/Coach/Members to Scale their Team and Personal Agility!

Harmony Maintenance: Your team might struggle to maintain harmony due to differing needs for independence and precision. This was not evident in this meeting but is something to be aware of. Encourage open communication and understanding to mitigate potential conflicts.

Well, that's it for today! I will have more ideas tomorrow and I look forward to your comments and experiments!

PS. As usual, I will leave you with my favorite George Michael and his song "Older"

Thank you for the mention, Siraj! We're so excited to be releasing our post-meeting analysis and coaching. It's the culmination of a tremendous amount of effort by the entire, incredible Teaming team. We greatly appreciate your recognition and for helping us spread the word. And as you highlighted, it's only the tip of the iceberg! ??
