How We Can All Be Leaders!
At the core, every one of us is a leader in some area of our lives. And as the saying goes, “Our titles may make us managers, but it’s our people who make us leaders.” The performance of any group of people is directly proportional to the performance of their leader at any given moment.
To create a leaderful team, be mindful of how you “show up” every day at work. Your actions directly impact how those around you “show up.” So before you begin your work day, consciously decide your intention for the day. Maybe it’s to put your focus on encouragement—or to speak less and listen more.
Whatever you decide, let your intention show. You’ll be amazed at how your team responds.
And please join the conversation in my feed. Share an example of how setting an intention changed your day—and the moods of those around you.

Excellent point, Several times we try to live a dual personality which leads to failure. Dual personality implies when a person enacts to be a leader due to the designation, whereas in personal life, he/she is quite the opposite. But when one practices enough that it's embedded in their life, it's easier to lead a team or a big group. Practice starts from a small group/ setting.?My friend & I came up with an idea few months back about teaching a language to kids. Initially it sounded challenging and tough to manage?~6 year old kids to teach them non native new language. Would parents agree to send kids for 30 min daily during these unprecedented times? ?Irrespective of the outcome I wanted to give a try. To my surprise , 9 kids signed up and we closed our enrollment.?I was also amazed to see 95 % attendance during this unprecedented time, when parents have hectic schedules, and finally one whole batch learnt a new language very effectively. This taught me one thing, not to fear taking a task which is not aligned with your skill set or area of expertise. With determination, you will be able to find the right person/partner who will help you go forward. If one wants to be a great leader, then start at home with friends and family.
