How to Wake Up Earlier and Have More Productive Days

You know that you can get yourself out of bed when your alarm goes off.

It's time that you start prioritizing yourself and your goals.

This means your actions speak for what you want to accomplish.

Commit to your goals and to yourself and get out of bed when your alarm goes off, regardless of if you feel like it or not.

Start Using a Reverse Alarm

The perfect morning starts with the perfect evening.

Set an alarm for one hour before you want to be in bed and asleep by.

This means if you know you need to be in bed by 10 to get a good nights sleep, you set your reverse alarm for 9.

Take Time to Wind Down Before Bed

During that 1 hour window before going to sleep make sure to relax, turn off all of your electronics, and prepare for the following day.

This ensures that you get plenty of quality sleep that night and your next morning starts off with the LEAST amount of resistance as possible.

Never Hit the Snooze Button

When that alarm goes off in the morning, GET UP.

Don't hit snooze.

Research has shown that you will feel the best when you get up after waking up the first time, and that if you go back to sleep you will feel worse the subsequent times waking up.

You have probably experienced this for yourself.

Skip the snooze and get up!

Once you've done this you can get more out of your morning and your day!
