?? Firstly we must be aware of a problem or improvement opportunity - referenced by a standard. Meaning we must reduce the barrier to entry from the frontline by creating a safe environment and building structures to give people a voice and capture the issues.

?? Issues and opportunities must be discussed and triaged for the best course of action, the resources required and the priority.

?? Action must be planned, executed and its effectiveness measured and assessed.

?? Feedback from the customer is required and we must assess that the improvement had sustained over time.

Simple PDCA however, it’s the velocity and the quality of an improvement activity that propels us forward to innovate and learn. The question is how well does your Continuous Improvement (CI) process facilitate this?
