1. We strictly perform the production process and quality control plan in accordance with API Spec 7-1.

Incoming Inspection of Raw Materials – Forging – Ultrasonic Test – Heat Treatment –Machining – Welding Hardfacing – Threading – Magnetic Powder Inspection (MPI) – Phosphating – Painting & Packing

2. We strictly perform the inspection during and after the production process, including,

Ultrasonic Test – Magnetic Powder Inspection (MPI) – Hardness Test – Demission Inspection

3. Seaworthy Packing & Delivery

Stabilizer are packed by tarpaulin, both ends are protected by rubber gasket.

Stuck in iron frame to keep steady during transportation.
