In project management, there are five phases of a project’s life cycle: initiation, planning, executing, controlling and completion. In the case of life project management, the GROW process represents the initiation phase and results in a Life Charter. GROW is the mindset needed for initiating any project.

Therefore, it is important that you create within yourself a “department” of positive thinking.
