How using Beam Trainer has changed my team and me?

Hi. My name is Thomas. I have been leading our athletics team, for about 15 years now. The one most important thing, I have learnt is, that one must keep up with all the technological changes that are a big part of all sports today.

Just a few years ago I refused to use technology in trainings. I really did not see the benefits. All I saw was a lot of cables and unreliable devices that cause more problems than they solve.

But thanks to my persistent co-trainer, I finally agreed to at least try Beam Trainer for a week.

For the first few days I wouldn`t go near the device. But when I got my first e-mail with all the trainings result from that day, I was so happy. We started getting much better results. That boosted my teams` motivation and self-esteem. Teams` mood has changed. We are a real team now, on or off the track.

For me Beam Trainer was a game changer. It has changed my life as a trainer and also my private life.

I can say I am a really happy man now. I lead a successful team and I have more free time for myself.
