4 年You make some great points Joshua Rayner MIRP the emotions you can go through in #redundancy are vast, but even before that, the feeling you may be at risk, being told you are at risk.......a time of huge #insecurity -but you have to have a plan and take control. “Be the master of your own destiny” and enlist the help of a great recruiter who will work for you. My advice though, be careful with whom you entrust your CV as lazy recruiters spam it out which will not help you. Have a personal relationship with your recruiter and pick one. Oh, and I recommend Josh....100% trustworthiness and and integrity.

4 年I strongly believe everything happens for a reason, and whilst it’s hard to begin with, hopefully it’s because there is something better round the corner! Since returning after lockdown, 49% of the total Herts & Middlesex team placements have been people who had unfortunately recently been made redundant- now all in new roles! There is light at the end of the tunnel ????
