How to Use Office 365 Mail
Once you have downloaded and installed Office 365 Mail on your device, it is time to know some brilliant features of Outlook.
1. Understanding the Tab and Ribbon Interface
Figure 1
The office mail has an intuitive tab-ribbon interface that you can use to execute different functions. There are set of tabs and if you click on the specific tab, a corresponding ribbon expands out below the tab. There are different functional groups in each ribbon. Check Figure1.
For example, the “Home” tab is the default tab where you will find common commands in the application. In the tab, you have Groups like – New, Delete and Respond. In the New group, you can create a new email. Respond to an email received from your client, team member or customer in the Respond group.
If you do not want a ribbon on your screen then double click on the tab and ribbon collapses. Double click again on the tab and the ribbon will reappear. In this way, you can use the tab-ribbon interface to use different commands in the Outlook.
2. Using the File Tab to Manage Account Settings
