How to use Linkedin.
Many people do not know how to use Linkedin, simply put. Or they know how to use it but don't know how to leverage it to generate business. It's funny how closed off some businesses are to social media even though people are making a great living using it to their advantage.
I assembled a list of a few tips to really begin leveraging the platform to your advantage:
1) Be completely open to the possibility that you can explode your business on Linkedin. You need to work like it will pay off big. If you are not completely open to the possibility, you will not push yourself beyond the point that is necessary to succeed.
2) Make sure to be consistent on the platform. You can be consistent in a number of ways related to content, messaging, and email. The only way you are going to grow a big following or get the traction you need is to be consistent. In many cases you can change your business trajectory by using some of my tips. But the goal is to grow exponentially right? You need to stay consistent and stay consistent until.
3) You need to leverage influencers to help you get a faster start on the platform. Collaborate with people who have large followings who can propel you to new heights. You have to realize though that, if you don't have street cred yet, you need to provide some type of value before asking for the influencer to share your content. Think about that. Most influencers are good hearted but they are also really busy. In order to catch their eye, you need to offer something valuable.
