How to use GDM326 friction insert replance PVC friction liner for Philippines customer

One set of GDM326 Friction insert are been packing and will delivery to Philippines.

Philippines custumer used to use the PVC friction insert. As you know that the PVC fricton inserts's coefficient of friction only can arrive 0.2, which can not meet the standards requestment--0.25. like this:

The PVC liner not only is long, almost arrive 1000mm , when install it, the worker need blend them by use big stengh, At the same time, the 0.2 coefficient of fricion can not meet the current international standard requirment≥0.25. So after knowing about the customer whole inforation, we suggest them consider GDM326 friction pully lining. The reason is following:

1) The current friction lining design adapt the short structure, it mean that every piece of friciton lining length is short, usually is 60mm-120mm, Thi kind of design is easy for install, the worker just line then when install, do not need blend them.At the same time, the shorter the friction lining, the higher the fitness between the bottom surface of the friction lining and the drive pulley drum.

2)The coeffienct of friction of GDM326 friction lining is 0.28, which is overpass the international standard requirment
