How use die for cut long straight line?

Above is the final cutting products, we can see, at the side, the product is with holes.

In the middle of the straight cutting lines, we can see small marked for checking, check if the cutting line straight or not.

If the cutting length isn't straight, we can check following 2 points:

1. If the side of the material is straight or not? Need to make sure side of the material is straight. Due to while die cut, we use parts for fix the side of the material. Normally, people use slitting rewing machine to make sure material side is straight, then go for die cut.
2. If material side is straight, then check if the die fixed straight or not. The die cutting machine can micro adjust the angle of the die. Easier for operate.

From the above picture, we can see, die is with sucking function.

It can suck hole wastage. After cut for some time, need to stop the machine, and pour the hole wastage out.
