How to Use CRM “Contacts” Capabilities?
How to Create Contact?
Go to your list of contacts to view each individual's details. There, you can complete the questionnaire and note down information like their position, employer, past work experience, and so on. This will help you in categorizing your marketing efforts more effectively.
How to Link Contacts to Accounts?
Pull your customers list and choose a customer profile, then enter the contact's name and connect it to the account name (e.g., Charles). Connecting contacts with accounts allows you to monitor their interactions even if they switch to another company you may have dealings with.

How to set up Interaction Codes
Scenario?
Making an outbound phone call to one of the contacts to follow up on a transaction.?
Go into your contacts list and select the contact. Once you’re in the contact’s record, select “New” on the upper left hand corner then “Create Interaction”?
How to record Interactions with a Contact ?
Select the “Interaction Template” which were created in advance to determine the default of information. In this outbound phone call scenario, we’ll select “outgoing” template which will allow you to fill in all the necessary information for that particular scenario. Filling the interaction template is the heart of the CRM system and ties the records together to share with your colleages. ??

Once the interaction template is complete, Business Central will prompt you to create an opportunity. ?
How to Use CRM “Marketing” Capabilities?
How to set up Marketing?
Begin by navigating to the setup section and select “Marketing Setup” and fill in the questionnaire.?
Note: A cool feature of this set up is the Duplicate function, you auto search for duplicate contact records and set up alert when there are duplicates and give the ability to edit. ?
Once Marketing is Setup, you can create a marketing campaign. To create a new campaign, select “New Entry” and fill out the information in the Campaign Card.?

Once campaign card is completed, select “Navigate” then “Segments”.?
Select “New” to create a new segment then fill out the necessary information including contacts associated.?
