How to Use Client Chronicles and 'Crushing' to Power Value Creation Efforts

In the last week, we had the privilege to have Leslie Faria Mendes, a Clinical Psychologist, on our Moulding Health and Moulding Private Practice Shows. We started the idea of these shows about 18 months ago, and I've been pleasantly surprised to watch and witness the positive reactive from every healthcare practitioner that we have engaged with. My colleague Shaz is purely responsible for the scheduling and the setup of the episodes and topics, so I often meet the guests for the first time when we're recording the actual episode.
In this particular episode, it was so amazing to see Leslie's enthusiastic reaction to our Moulding Health and Moulding Private Practice shows and the release of our new CPD learning platform for healthcare practitioners. As entrepreneurs and other creators of value, we often minimise the effect that our value creation can have on those around us. I love seeing the eyes of clients light up when they see our products or certain new features in our software products. It's almost magical!
In the last year, I have made a personal commitment to savour and immortalise these stories since although it's only a few minutes, it's often the fuel to help me personally and from a team perspective to keep moving forward in our value creation efforts. As anyone who is committed to effect change can attest to, change normally takes time to mature and for everyone to truly see the positive impact of that change (if it is good to start off with). In this state of limbo, we need stories like these to keep the momentum, desire and positivity.
I would love to hear about other ways in which value creators keep themselves and their teams aligned to their common goal. For now, these chronicles and a steadfast determination to keep to the course we outlined as a team, are the ways that we are doing this.
