How to use AI to scan ZOOM and make a SPREADSHEET in SECONDS

I recently attended an insightful workshop led by Brynne Tillman on AI prompt writing for social selling.

As AI continues to transform our approach to content creation and social media engagement, learning how to effectively communicate with these tools becomes increasingly valuable.

Here's what I learned and how you can apply these insights to your own work. If you want MY HACK keep reading, I shared it at the end of the PRESENTATION.

Also if you dont use evyAI.com please check it out, its a GAME CHANGER. We offer tons of training as part of our Bundle www.evyai.com/bundle

Brynne has a COOL TECH called ASKSSL too She is getting my my affiliate link so please DM me if you want access to it, its by INVITE ONLY.

Now for the TIPS from Brynne..

The Power of Framework: The CRISPY Method

Brynne introduced a structured framework called CRISPY that helps create consistent, high-quality AI outputs:

C - Context: State the background or objective of your prompt. Be clear about what you want to achieve.

R - Role: Define the perspective or role you want AI to adopt. A powerful tip Brynne shared: start with "You are an award-winning B2B interviewer in [your industry]." This immediately elevates the quality of the AI's responses.

I - Inspiration: Highlight key themes or the feeling you want to evoke. This is where you can outline your vision for the content.

S - Scope: Specify boundaries and focus areas. Be precise about length, format, or other parameters (e.g., "300 characters or less" instead of just "short").

P - Prohibitions: List what you don't want the AI to do. Brynne's examples included avoiding prepositional phrases at the beginning of paragraphs and not using certain words like "delve" or "foster" that sound distinctly AI-generated.

Y - You: The most critical element that brings your voice into the content. Include the phrase "Ask me all the questions you need to complete this task one at a time." This turns the AI into an interviewer that draws out your expertise and thought leadership, resulting in content that truly reflects your voice.

Practical Applications Demonstrated

Brynne showcased several practical applications for social selling:

1. Creating Engaging LinkedIn Comments

Instead of generic "Great post!" comments, Brynne demonstrated how to craft value-adding comments that stand out. The prompt included instructions to act as a digital marketing expert with experience sharing relatable comments that get engagement.

2. Developing Blog Content

For blog creation, the framework helps develop posts that are informative, engaging, and reflect your subject matter expertise without sounding generic or overly promotional.

3. Curating and Adding Thought Leadership to Shared Content

One of the most valuable applications was using AI to help add your personal insights when sharing others' content, positioning yourself as a thought leader while providing value to your network.

4. Creating Engaging Polls

Polls perform exceptionally well on LinkedIn, and Brynne showed how to craft effective poll questions with properly formatted answer options (three specific options plus "Other").

5. Video Scripts

The framework can be adapted to create compelling video scripts that maintain your authentic voice while delivering clear messages.

Key Insights for Better AI Prompting

Several important lessons emerged throughout the session:

  1. Clarity is crucial: Speak to AI "like it's a third grader" - be specific and clear about exactly what you want.
  2. The AI interviewer approach: Instead of having AI write for you, have it interview you and act as a ghostwriter in your voice.
  3. Continuous refinement: What worked yesterday might not work today as AI models evolve. Be prepared to update your prompts accordingly.
  4. Personalization matters: Using your voice and avoiding generic AI-sounding language makes your content stand out.

Taking It Further: My Additional Applications

Building on Brynne's framework, here are some additional ways you can leverage AI prompting for your professional growth:

Create Personalized Outreach Sequences

Use the CRISPY framework to develop tailored outreach messages for different prospect segments. Have the AI interview you about your value proposition for each segment and craft messages that resonate with their specific pain points.

Develop Subject Matter Authority

Create a series of thought leadership pieces on trending topics in your industry. Use the CRISPY framework to ensure consistent voice across all content while demonstrating your expertise.

Repurpose Existing Content

If you have presentations, webinars, or longer articles, use AI to help transform them into multiple formats - LinkedIn carousels, short-form posts, comments, and more - while maintaining your authentic voice.

Craft Better Meeting Preparation

Before important calls, use AI to help you prepare thoughtful questions and talking points based on research about the prospect or client.

Create Conversation Starters

Generate thoughtful questions or observations about industry trends that you can use to start meaningful conversations with your connections.

Final Thoughts

The most powerful aspect of Brynne's approach is that it doesn't replace your expertise - it amplifies it. By making AI your interviewer rather than your ghostwriter, you ensure the content remains authentically yours while saving significant time.

As you experiment with these frameworks, remember that continuous refinement is key. What works for one platform or audience might need adjustments for another, and AI capabilities continue to evolve rapidly.

What prompt frameworks have you found effective? How are you using AI to enhance your social selling efforts? I'd love to hear your experiences in the comments below.

How to use AI to scan ZOOM and make a SPREADSHEET in SECONDS

Here is what I did

STEP 1: Take a screenshot of all the participants and put them into Claude.ai or ChatGPT.

Include the TRANSCRIPT and the CHAT if you have it.

STEP 2: Ask the AI to help you create a TABLE with First, Last, LinkedIn URL or anything else you want..

STEP 3: Use Perplexity to help you resarch each person and you can do this using a Make.com automation. All our clients at evyAI PRO that get the Bundle will also get added tech that helps them identify WHO on the ZOOM is connected to them on LinkedIn via the LinkeDIn Connections Dashboard!

Come to our next Networking session by checking out our community skool.com/evyai We have a full calendar of events!

I asked Claude to give me my actional takeaways from the event. Here is what it said!

Joe Apfelbaum's Actionable Takeaways

  1. Use AI for Participant Analysis: Take a screenshot of a Zoom Room and upload it to AI tools like Claude to extract participant information.
  2. AI-Generated Contact Tables: Have AI create structured tables with first name, last name, LinkedIn URL, and other information from participant lists.
  3. Advanced Research with Perplexity: Use tools like Perplexity (or Ask SSL as Brynne suggested) to research each person and get comprehensive information about their business.
  4. LinkedIn URL Collection: Always encourage participants to share their LinkedIn URLs in chat during networking events for easier post-event connection and analysis.
  5. Mobile AI Vision Tools: Try the new vision feature in ChatGPT mobile that can analyze what you're seeing in real-time.
  6. Content Extraction from Images: Use AI to extract and analyze text from images, including slides from presentations and conference materials.
  7. Profile Analysis Workflow: Save a person's LinkedIn profile as a PDF, input it into Ask SSL, and have it analyze the profile for valuable insights.

Key Questions & Discussion Points

  • Questions about targeting specific data sources
  • Discussion about transcribing media recordings
  • Questions about using AI with Sales Navigator
  • Interest in whether paid versions of ChatGPT are required
