How To Use AI Like ChatGPT To Write Blogs?

How To Use AI Like ChatGPT To Write Blogs?

This is the hottest question ever. As a professional technical writer, I have to spend a lot of time on research to deliver the best quality. But what about productivity??

Well, this isn't the question to argue on but it matters! The more you write, the more you reach.

So, should you use AI to write blogs? Well, no!

Should you take help from AI to write blogs? Absolutely!

There are many free generative AI tools (like ChatGPT or Bing) available in the market that can even write blogs for you. But the quality isn't guaranteed.?

There's no way you can post an AI-written blog and get ranked on the top pages to the next.?

Whether you're writing manually or with AI, you have to do equal research in both ways. However, you can do smart work here. “Use ChatGPT to generate blogs and add quality to them.

This is what I do to write my blogs.

Is It Morally Okay To AI for Writing?

Most ghostwriters work under several digital marketing agencies or bloggers to write blogs and get paid. Some consider using AI as cheating and AI-written content as the reason for low ranking. On the other hand, some believe that AI is going to steal jobs from writers.

If you feel the same, you need to keep in mind that—AI is the future! We have to upgrade ourselves with time and growing automation. You can use ChatGPT to save your time on manual writing and start editing your content optimising its readability, adding quality by researching, and making it unique.

In the end, you’ll be delivering quality not garbage. This hybrid approach will not only increase your productivity but also give you more confidence to stay ahead in this competitive world.

Now, if I talk about the ranking of AI written content or should I say “unresearched, unedited, unreviewed, and unoptimized” content, it's not going to happen. AI can't replace the creativity of the human mind.

How I Use ChatGPT To Write Blogs?

My writing process is completed in 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Make a First Draft

Create a blog post on “[Your Topic]” and it starts creating instantly. Sometimes it comes with unique ideas and sometimes nothing “just rubbish”

This is your?first draft. The quality of content depends upon the complexity of the topic. If it's more generic and common, it will be filled with all the necessary details and basic information you need.

Keep in mind that ChatGPT and other AI tools usually generate around 500-800 words of blog, they can't generate long-form content of around 1500-2500 words.?

What you can do is break your whole blog with multiple headings and get output for each heading.

You can also put some outlines or heading structures in your mind and give them to ChatGPT to generate a blog.

Once your first draft is finished, you can move to your research skills.?

Step 2: Do Your Research

Now search for similar or relevant topics on Google and read more and more blogs you can. Make your notes and start writing.?

Don't try to rush yourself into the whole topic. Do separate research for each heading by keeping the blog’s intent in mind. Also, don't start writing like a robot. Add your own personal thoughts and allow yourself to predict the thoughts or queries of a reader while reading your content.

Find relevant studies, statistics, interview statements, or news to make a hit in your content and show your research to the audience.

If you want to know how to find these on the Internet, stay in touch with me.

Step 3: Finish With Proofreading

The brutal truth about ChatGPT is—its content is filled with plagiarism. People have already published a lot of ChatGPT content on Google and even common lines get plagiarised. Use some manual rewriting or rephrasing techniques to remove the plagiarism.

But don't turn your active voice sentence into a passive one as it eats the readability. I would prefer to entirely delete the ChatGPT written content after reading it and start writing in your own tone and language to make your content look more natural. If you don't feel it necessary 1-5% of plagiarism isn't a big deal.

Also, do grammar checks and proper formatting. Add relevant or custom images to make your blog look good for users.
