How to use AI to create MANY Templates FAST!

Step 1: Gather User Information

First, we set up a landing page where users input their details. This includes:

• Full Name, Title, Company
• Description of Who You Help and How
• Target Audience and Problem You Solve
• Call to Action (Calendar Link, LinkedIn URL, Website URL, Email, Phone)
• Lead Magnet
• Notable Achievement/Success Story
• Keywords or Phrases
• Goal for Templates
• Desired Tone

Example: Full Name, Title, Company: Joe Apfelbaum, CEO of evyAI, LinkedIn Trainer
Description: I help coaches, consultants, and sales professionals generate 100k in profit from LinkedIn with smart strategy and AI assistance.

Step 2: Send Data to a Webhook

After collecting user data, it's sent to a webhook. We use Make.com for this example, where data is processed and forwarded to an AI for template generation:

• Setup Make.com: Create a scenario where the landing page form submission triggers a webhook.

Example:

• You set up a Make.com scenario where your landing page form (e.g., from JotForm, Typeform) sends data via a POST request to a webhook.

Step 3: AI Template Generation

The AI receives the user data and generates HTML templates:

• Prompt Customization: Use a tailored prompt to instruct the AI on how to create the templates, focusing on full URLs for LinkedIn compatibility.

Value proposition to quickly convey what you offer
Sharing testimonials or success stories for credibility
