When I moved from B2B media to content marketing in 2022, I expected a learning curve. I did not expect ChatGPT to come out 6 months later and disrupt everything.
This week, we’re sharing our update of ChatGPT alternatives for content marketing. If your employer has banned the platform, this one's especially for you.
For the record, I regularly use the AI platform Writer and the AI capabilities in Otter.ai in my content marketing work. I’ve also used Grammarly and Microsoft Word's AI-influenced spellchecker, although I find both are inconsistent. I’ve also dabbled with Claude, Gemini, Parrot.ai and Type.ai, although not enough to offer a firm recommendation.?
What are your favorite AI tools, especially for content marketing?
No industry has adopted genAI faster than marketing, with 77% using ChatGPT or similar tools in November 2023, according to Glassdoor. And while ChatGPT keeps getting better, it’s far from the only player in town — especially if you also want to use AI for images, audio and video.
