How To Up-level Your Influence, Impact & Income By Mastering Sleep, Nutrition, Physique & Habits

?? Have you been fully committed in your work but have kinda slacked off in the ‘health’ department…?

Like maybe you’ve been busy scaling your business over the past few years but built a few unhealthy habits like…

Sleeping late, causing you to snooze too much...

Skipping your exercise/workouts, making you feel unfit and weak…

Eating whatever foods like you without a plan, thus zapping your energy and clouding your mind…

Using your business as a wall between doing the “healthy-things”, but feeling lazy and bad about it.

Are all those reactions making it harder to push yourself to the next level…

Or at least…

To just get into a better routine, feel great, look good and perform at your best daily...?

Well, what if you could actually wake up each morning, feeling fully recharged…

Then fuel yourself with the right food to keep your body fat, energy and mental clarity at your optimal level…

And fit in nifty workouts to prime your body for peak performance, stamina and energy.

What if you could make that your new standards by building habits around the new version of you...

If I gave you a blueprint to make it happen, would you want to know more...?

If yes, GOOD...

Because I want to share with you what the new era of entrepreneurs are doing to perform at their highest level to maximise their influence, impact and income.

I call this, the 6 Levels of High Performance.

Here’s a brief rundown of what you need to focus on to take yourself from:

Tired... to energised.

Overweight... to lean and fit.

Randomness... to structure and strategy.

Lazy... to disciplined.

Mentally foggy... to fully-focused!

Reactive… to routined.

It all starts here at level 1:


- LEVEL 1: MINDSET -

This is the most overlooked step when it comes to making a transformation that lasts…

Without the right mindset, you wouldn’t have got this far, nor started a business or even considered to think bigger and back yourself to go after it!

The same applies to the performance of your physical body and health.

To leverage your mindset in your success, you must make this level a foundation.

To do that, you need to gain clarity on the following things:

1) Your purpose, vision and mission

2) Your core identity

3) Your beliefs and values

And to set the standard, you basically want to adapt an 'athlete-like' mentality...

because at the end of the day, business is like one big competition...

And everyone wants the gold! ($$$)


- LEVEL 2: SLEEP -

Again… another hugely underrated and underutilised performance-enhancing activity!

One of the first thing entrepreneurs suffer with is sleep deprivation.

Obviously, it takes a lot of hard-work to scale a business, but the cost of giving up your sleep only gets worse over time.

The best athletes in the world are typically the best at recovering too… (otherwise, they wouldn’t be able to function at that high level consistently)

So if you want to take your biz and performance to the next level…

Or at least, decrease your risk of serious long term illness and function at an above-average level…

You might want to consider making 7-9 hours of sleep a night a new PRIORITY in your schedule.

- LEVEL 3: NUTRITION -

What do you use food for…?

Comfort...

Or

For Fuel…?

Maybe this is a confusing topic, and I don’t blame you for it because the health & fitness industry continues to contradict everything and confuse everyone…

Though quite simple, whatever it is that you eat, it’s going to have an impact on your body, either positive or negative.

What you eat also directly impacts your body-fat levels and weight, daily energy levels and long term health.

By tweaking your nutrition and applying a strategy that fits your goals and schedule, you’ll be able to stabilise your energy, stay focused and fueled to power through the day and for any exercise you want to fit in.

I wish there was a perfect diet… though everyone is unique and different.

BUT Instead of focusing on “Tha-Perfect-Diet’...

What you must focus on is what we call

‘High-Performance Nutrition’.

That is, a combination of the right foods, at the right time, that you can stick to on a consistent basis, also being reinforced by tracking and testing with accurate data (instead of guessing and letting others confuse you).

Call it a “multi-diet’ if you wish… basically taking many of the best protocols from many ‘diets’.

Basically, you must create a High-Performance Nutrition ‘System’ that works for you and helps you work at your best :)


- LEVEL 4: EXERCISE -

Can you still be healthy without exercise…

Technically yes.

But can you can ‘optimally’ healthy without exercise…

Nope.

Your body is constantly adapting to the stimulus that you apply to it.

So if you're sitting for 8 + hours a day…

Your body will custom design itself to sit for 8 hours a day…

Obviously, a body that sits for 8 hours a day, does not need much energy, strength, muscle, stamina or mobility.

So the only way to get all those things is to do things that will stimulate the body in those areas.

I.e. Exercise!

And no, you don’t need to live in the gym 6-7 days a week.

You can achieve an optimised physique in just 3 workouts a week using what we call:

Full-Physique-Training.

Using this method, you need to focus on the following things:

1) Consistency

2) Compound lifts

3) Progressive overload

4) Recovery

And by doing that, yes you can achieve a lean, athletic and fit body that’s ready for battle! (in business)


- LEVEL 5: HABITS -

Have you ever tried to install new habits…

But then the old ones keep repeating themselves…

And it was like this ongoing “Battle of the habits”...

Then you try to implement more ‘new’ habits to fight off the old ones.

Chances are it didn’t work, or at least not for long.

And it’s because our habits are linked to our identity.

So without doing the mindset work in LEVEL 1, nor laying the foundations of the previous levels…

It’s near impossible to form new high performing healthy habits that stick.

As you know, habits are ACTION based…

That means something needs to happen repetitively for it to become naturally occurring without thought, strain or resistance.

This is why you must follow the process, get your foundations set solid, and then execute on the 'RIGHT' actions! to form the 'RIGHT' habits!


- LEVEL 6: OPTIMISATION -

Some refer to this as ‘bio-hacking’...

But basically, us humans are a bit like a computer made up of complex hardware systems and software systems.

(Hardware = body)

(Software = mind)

Each of those hardware and software systems is inter-linked but can be optimised for better performance.

The thing is if you try to optimise on faulty hardware and buggy, virus-infected software …

It all likely all become corrupted! and need a hard reset or defrag...

(Just an analogy, I’m not a computer scientist).

So basically the optimisation can only occur when the machine is up and running, taking action and producing data.

The keyword here is: Data.

See without the data on your performance, how the hell can you know what to optimise? Or how to optimise it?

Well, you can’t really, it would all just be a guess.

The scientific method of optimisation we use looks like this:

1) Define the problem

2) Set your goal or intention

3) Take action

4) Review your data

5) Define your results

6) Optimise: repeat from step 2.

You should also adopt that model above once you have the prior levels set in place.

So that’s just a quick rundown of the 6 Level of High Performance.
