Genius Leadership: Finally Bring Your Whole Self to Life & Work

We’ve all heard the phrase “Bring your whole self to work.” But what does it mean? In today’s corporate and small business environments, many leaders not only feel pressure to leave their real selves at home which can have a negative impact on productivity and morale but they also that don't understand who they really are or their real potential! Despite all their efforts and investment in leadership training, they may experience some change but are still left feeling stuck, frustrated and 'short changed'!

Last week, I led a 3-day Genius Woman Leadership Retreat where female executives and business leaders learned how to discover and connect with their unique self and how to unleash the power of their full self-leadership potential within their life, careers and businesses through GENIUS Leadership Philosophy.

The results were amazing and so impactful that everyone has now booked to a 5-day GENIUS Woman Retreat in 2023 to take all that they have learned to the next level!

What is GENIUS Leadership?

I created GENIUS Leadership after over 30 years of designing, delivering and participating in leadership development that never delivered the transformative and sustainable impacts it promised. During that time, I was able to identify 6 simple yet critical elements of leadership that were always under delivered/prioritised but essential to the transformational leadership success the organisations and businesses I worked for were so desperate to achieve.

It is a simple philosophy that is underpinned by scientific evidence that allows you to recognise your unique talents, set aside mental blocks that are preventing you from living up to your full potential and embrace diversity in the world around you to create environments of trust, collaboration and innovation.
