Andrea Darabos
Business Coach. Leadership Coach. Help Organisations Navigate Complex Change.
In the last 2 days, I had the opportunity to get involved in a training experience facilitated by Dave Corbet, the creator of a strengths based approach to personal and team development, StrongSuits(TM).
All of us attended for a different reason:
- a senior manager, because she faces communication challenges in the teams she manages which impact business performance
- a mid-manager, who has worked on herself and changed her career in order to become a good leader developing and retaining her people
- a facilitator/coach, who was intrigued by the power of conversations around personal strengths, individual differences and team diversity

Often, when we gamify learning, we realise the card game is just the tip of the iceberg. The insights lie below...
As an agile coach and business transformation catalyst, I know it all too well that our organisations will only get the business savings/results/benefits if we are able to better engage our existing employee talents and form truly high performing teams.
