How to understand Human vs Machine as Resources...

People often misunderstood the competency of Human & Machine while approach as the resources, which causes huge damages in the industry and miserably fail to utilize them appropriately.

Resource - Human:

1. Human not at all configurable but their capacity of delivery can be leveraged by providing secured eco-system, right training and moral.
2. Human resource visualize situation by their extraordinary imagination power for approaching solution and the same can be fed into the machine for repeating the solution or references.
3. At this point if you compare the solution delivery time between the Human and Machine...the damage starts...

Resource - Machine: 

1. Machine fully configurable and their capacity of delivery can be leveraged by changing their system configuration.    
2.  Machine can simulate the scenario with predefined parameter and display the solution faster than Human, which doesn't mean that it can be compared with Human.
3. Machine is the device to display and demonstrate the innovations and inventions developed by Human...
