How to Turn Zoom Meeting "No Shows"? Into Sales

How to Turn Zoom Meeting "No Shows" Into Sales

I had to share this with all my newsletter subscribers

Yesterday I was on an absolutely brilliant webinar panel which included?Alison Edgar,?Tyler Witt and? Will Aitken - for a discussion entitled "How to Turn No Shows Into Sales" - which gave us so much to talk about - but some of the topics covered and advice given went so much further - and so much deeper into a whole raft of brilliant sales advice.

This was 45 minutes of prospecting and business development gold - from a group of people who delivered real world solutions, with absolutely NO bull****

If you couldn't make it yesterday (and I have to admit - I wouldn't have been inside either in that heat if I was doing this) here's the recording in it's ETIRETY

Not sure how long Lead Forensics?leave these things up for - so catch it while you can

A few highlights and key takeaways - and this is just a snippet of my contribution - the rest of the panel were awesome

You have to understand how much of the process you're accountable and responsible for: If a 5 year old has over slept and is running late for school - it would probably be the parent at fault rather than the 5 year old - and the parent would know it - 'cos kids have got kid things going on in their heads

And customers have got customer things going on in theirs - so take the responsibility of organising them to show up

Even doctors get no shows - but very rarely from people who have a genuine concern or illness: What have you done - on an emotional and commercial level - to ensure that they see the value of turning up for the cure?

Getting too many no shows on zoom meetings, presentations or demos?: Take a look at your customer qualification strategy - then look at your customer attraction strategy - then work out if you're inviting people who (if you were honest with yourself) you probably wouldn't want to work with any way

Make like a "Blue Whale" on your list: And if you don't know what that means - you have to give this a watch

Apologies for the extra newsletter post this week - but I thought the content of this was so good - I didn't want you to miss it

To your success

Chris
