How to turn your Articles into Slides in minutes using AI
I've been testing out an AI tool called PlusDocs which has helped me create LinkedIn Carousel posts in minutes.
Here is how I do it
Step 1: Install PlusAI
You can install PlusAI in the Google Chrome Store (Plus AI for Google Slides)
Step 2: head to Google Slides
To go to Google Slides you can open a new Chrome tab , click on the six dots, and scroll down till you see Google Slides.
Step 3: Use ChatGPT to format your Article for a presentation
Copy your article and paste into ChatGPT and then give it this prompt:
"I want to create a Powerpoint presentation with this text, summarize and format this for a 10 slide presentation.
Basically assume you are a professional LinkedIn content creator who wants to use this article to create a carousel post"
You can make your own prompt if you want but the main point here is that you want to instruct it to make your article friendly for Slides
Step 4: Paste output into PlusDocs
To access PlusDocs in Google Slides click on the extensions button in the top menu and click on PlusAI for Google Slides
You will then go to the "Text to Presentation" tab and paste your text

You will then wait for it to generate the presentation
Note: PlusAI can also help you with the design of the presentation so that you don't need to spend time formatting each slide.
Step 5: Download the presentation and upload it to Linkedin
Click on File- Download
On Linkedin click on "Add a document"
Step 6: Upload the document
The final step you need to perform is to choose the document you created after downloading it from Google Slides.
I'd also advise you to add a short caption to the post before posting.
By following these simple steps, users can generate a professional and visually appealing presentation in minutes. The seamless integration with Google Slides and the ease of downloading and uploading the presentation to LinkedIn make this process user-friendly and accessible. This approach not only streamlines the content creation process but also enhances the overall quality of LinkedIn posts, making it a valuable tool for content creators looking to make a strong impact on the platform.
