Most businesses are too broad with who they’re serving, which results in nobody feeling heard or seen. Getting laser specific attracts the right clients for you. You must avoid talking to them too early in their journey. Look for problem-aware people and allow them to come in when they need you. Physically tell people that they’re not the right fit and let go of the fear of offending. Be direct and specific with who you’re talking to. Use simple language to put it across.

The most successful businesses have niched down. If you start doing this, you’ll draw in more people who truly need your service. You don’t need a long description of what you do. Sum it up, put it all over your websites and social media, and ensure that it’s easy to understand and spot.
