How to turn challenges into opportunities

You can have challenges and still live thriving and fulfilling life, or you can create hell and struggle all the time.

It is your interpretation about what is happening. We are living in a feeling of our thinking not in a feeling of our circumstances!

So, you can lead your life and others from place of compassion and empathy, or you can lead your life from place of separation, anger, frustration. It is a choice and only you have the power to choose.

Doesn’t matter what your current circumstances are, or what horrible events happened in your life we all have story to tell!! Nothing and no one can make you feel a certain way. You are responsible for your feelings and how you perceive your circumstances either it is money, relationships at work or at home, your job duties.?

If most of your day you live in survival emotions unconsciously which is fear of loosing a job, fear of what others are going to think of me, fear of having open conversations, fear of loosing money, fear of failure, anger, frustration, shame there is few to name.

In this case you are not living in your full potential you are using very limited potential and you have little freedom.

When you are conscious of one side and unconscious of the other you have polarized perception and more likely you are going to have a primitive survival response.

Majority of people spend their lives subordinating to the outside world and letting outside stimuli such as news, TV, magazines, social media run them instead of running their lives from within.

If you want to live fulfilled life by design you need to learn how to create what you want from inside out not from outside what others say, do, or want you to do !

We all have internal compass inside that is alive and guiding us. The question is are you hearing it? The more polarized is you perception you will activate your primitive brain always trying to avoid facing things, running from, and seeking for immediate gratification.

In this case you can’t hear the deeper voice within, your intuition, your heart calling because there is too much mess in your head, too much noise. So, then you create a belief that you are not good enough, smart enough, that what you want Is not available to you.

What if instead you can try curious approach and ask

What if it is easy, what if it works? What it would be like to live rich and full life?

What if regardless your current circumstances doesn’t matter how hard or horrible, they are you ask yourself

How can I open my heart more to feel more gratitude in life?

Where do I limit myself?

What it would be like to be inspired by my future vision and what I’m creating? This can’t include thinking like when I retire I will be doing nothing (I hear that sometimes from my clients but I can tell you when we go deeper this not what they truly want!)

Understand that everything has neurological connection in your brain and when you analyze situation with some distributing emotions you are moving more into the past and you are making your brain to fire incoherently, you are keeping yourself in high Beta brain waves.

If you set a goal, it is good to be mindful of the second part of your goal.

For example, I want to earn 1mil dollars, but I’m scared of failure.

I want to get pregnant, but I’m scared of loosing my job or getting fat.

I want to win 10 mil dollars because I want to do nothing.

These just examples but they are hidden second unconscious parts “But and Because” of your goal so when you set a goal you want to look for unconscious second part that would be the reason why you can’t manifest it.

Here is example what if you set a goal, I want to earn 1mil as a part of my fulfilling life.

This goal will get you deep into the feeling of what fulfilling life is. Number you put on your goal is just a number it is all about feeling.

We need both intention which is thought and the feeing which is magnet that drawing events back to you. If you are coming from place of luck for example, I want better job so I can pay my credit cards more likely you are not going to manifest better job you will attract similar, because you are coming from place of fear and lack rather than from place of open heart inspiration and love for yourself, what you love doing and your life.

Same thing applies if you are attracting wrong relationship, or you have challenges in your relationship ask

Would you go out with you? If you don’t love yourself and your values, why do you think another person will?

The classic definition of crazy is to continue doing things the same way in the same pattern and expect different results. In order to achieve what we want we must change thought, perception, belief system and find that untapped potential within.

And to start you need to Accept your past (so only wisdom left without emotional charge)?, accept your present , and accept your future, you need to feel Worthy of receiving deep in your central nervous system, and know where you are going!

There is some interesting research that has been done in Heart Math Institute

Some human placenta DAN was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in it. Each researcher had been trained and how to generate and feel feelings and each had strong emotion.

What was discovered that the DNA changed its shape according to the feelings of the researcher. When the researcher felt Gratitude, Love, Inspiration, DNA responded by relaxing and the strands unwound. The length of DNA became longer.

When the researcher felt anger, fear, frustration DNA responded by tightening up, it became shorter and switched off many of tis codes.

Read it few times and think about it, reflect upon it. List 5 most positive and 5 most unpleasant emotion you are experiencing in your life, notice how you deal with your unpleasant emotions do you create coping mechanisms like Friday drinks drunk parties, TV, chocolate, overworking.

What are you coping mechanism?

?See you are your own genetic engineer! And you create all of your diseases there is only 2% of diseases that are genic we know this from neuroscience!!!

If you think quick fix with the pill will help, this will never happen just have a look on the other side of paper that comes with the pills and all side effects they create at least your perception will be balanced and maybe you will understand that no pills on planted will fix you , or help you. Maybe in short period of time.

And if you didn’t read about Placebo!!! Very powerful.

I’m telling you this because I healed three autoimmune conditions, not with drugs, not with supplements, diets and vitamins but with cleaning mess in my central nervous system by balancing perceptions and ultimately sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

Here are few habits I recommend you implement into your daily life

1.Do your best no less no more just your best in everything with open heart.

2.Build holiday into your day, doesn’t need to be long trips but just 20 min to reconnect with yourself can be walk, meditation, journaling.

3.Face everything don’t try to avoid having difficult conversations or looking at your bank statement. If you avoid facing something what you really do is avoiding feeling unpleasant emotions such as frustration, anger, shame, guilt, disappointment, and they will run you unconsciously until you face them!!

So become conscious of the other side so you can see all the benefits and drawback simultaneously and you will get the neutral feeling, nothing is good or bad it is life.

When you open your heart and love your life, love yourself nothing can be in your way or control you! You don’t need to make anyone else wrong, and you don’t need to prove anything to anyone because there is nothing to prove!!! Love is synchronicity of all opposites!

So, if you perceive that you are struggling in life ask what is the other side? There is one you are just not conscious of it, and you waste all your energy to trying to overcome your struggle and it is hard!!

Once you know what the other side of struggle is ask

What one tiny step I can take today?

What it would be like to live full and rich life?

Where do I hold myself back?
