You do not know from where your next great contact will come. 

You do not know who will provide you the information that will give you the edge over the competition. 

So what do you do? 

You need to make it a habit to have eye contact with, smile at and say hello to everyone you encounter. In other word 

     Simple. You treat everyone the same.
