How transformative training expanded my approach to leadership, purpose and culture change

Over the past month, I've had two deeply meaningful experiences that have expanded my thinking and reignited my sense of purpose.

First, I attended a four-day advanced course on facilitation and group dynamics at the Findhorn eco-village. This wasn't just skill-building – it was a profoundly moving and enlightening experience that transformed my understanding of how to foster emergence and wisdom in group settings. My heart opened in ways I never imagined.

Right after, I went on a three-day training on participatory leadership run by the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Scotland. This strengthened my capacity to guide organisations through systems change towards a Wellbeing Economy. I gained valuable new tools and techniques on the art of hosting generative conversations and leading participatory processes.

Enhanced leadership capabilities

These two experiences stretched me, and have reaffirmed my commitment to advancing the Wellbeing Economy movement through my work. Though my core services remain the same, I have renewed clarity and an expanded toolkit to guide leaders as we navigate crises like climate change, biodiversity loss and inequality.
