Certain leaders set the precedent through their own actions and inspire team members to develop and progress, encouraging an environment of growth. In contrast, some dictate orders and demand perfection without promoting personal development.

Then there are those who opt for the laissez-faire approach, maintaining a hands-off management style, and governing from a distance.

Leadership is undeniably challenging and requires ongoing practice and patience to refine.

So, what kind of leader do you aim to be? In my role as a leader, I strive daily to embody the qualities of a transformational leader.

Why?

Being a transformational leader means serving as an inspiration for others to strive for improvement. This leadership approach demonstrates to your team that they have the potential to attain greatness by remaining committed to both you and the mission of your work.

These leaders typically go beyond mere involvement in the process; their primary objective is to empower each member of the group to thrive and prosper.

In today’s world, we can find examples of transformational leadership in business models that have reached unprecedented success.

Steve Jobs' brand of transformational leadership helped Apple to achieve unbelievable success through his visionary approach to innovation and his commitment to reshaping the world through technology.

Remember, as a leader, people turn to you for guidance and leadership. They require a positive role model who is willing to challenge established norms when feasible.

There will be days when you, as a leader, may grapple with your own motivation. During such moments, remind yourself that it is your responsibility to approach each day with enthusiasm and readiness to face any challenges with a positive attitude.
