How to train your brain
Controlling your brain is the toughest task in the world. If only it could be done then nothing would be impossible. Training will just become easier once it is controlled. But the thoughts in the brain travel faster than light. Getting a hold of it is sometimes a nightmare.

Compiling a few simple ( actually not so simple ) steps which might help to train the brain.
- Spend time with yourself.
- Self awareness and self knowledge is the best knowledge.
- Try to understand your mind.
- What it thinks ? Why it thinks what it thinks ?
- Be rational and critical when you do this mind analysis.
- The moment you start understanding it, controlling and henceforth training will become possible.
The crucial point to remember is self awareness leads to mind control, whereas the vice versa might not be true. That is to say, mind control may or may not lead to self awareness.
Mind control is possible through self awareness or some training/ exercise. If I have to say in some financials jargon's, self awareness is more like perpetuity ( for a life time) while training is like annuity ( limited time period). At the same time, if you combine the power of both self awareness with disciplined training and exercises, that will be perfect recipe to control your mind.
As can be seen in the above 2*2 matrix, better mind control is achieved through a high level of self awareness and training. This is possible either by path A or path B whichever works best for you. Once the mind is in control, training it becomes easier.
To summarize - just as you train your body, train your brain and the rest will follow.
