Training Plan / Schedule: To train, develop and retain first and foremost we need to make a proper training schedule.
Guide Line: Subsequent to the trainees hiring, we have to ensure that the trainee obtains the proper direction, practice and support they need to develop skills in all aspects.
Confidence Buildup: Confidence is an empowering mechanism that enables the trainee to move on to mastering the next segment, accelerating the process.
Competency of Trainee: The trainees are need to get assess on the skills they can demonstrate, the tasks they can perform and the underpinning knowledge they have gained that allows them to effectively perform their work.
Create a safe learning environment. It's the trainer's responsibility to create a secure environment for learning. The most effective way to achieve the same, we need to establish comfortable and friendly learning environment.
Reduce Obstructions. Negativity is an obstruction to learning. Praise and positive feedback reinforce and insist the efforts of everyone. Obstruction need to reduce for proper training and to retain trainees.
Work / Life Balance: The most important area to concern, for all trainees their work matters to them, they need to be given a good working schedule, atmosphere with the touch of relationship. Normally the trainees enjoy and grow when working in a relaxed mind, consent driven team environment.
Diversified Job: Many young people leave jobs not because there is a compelling reason to leave, but because there is no compelling reason to stay. Offer diversity and flexibility in their job and mix it with responsibility.
Management Style: Ideal manager / employer is one who always values communication, creates an transparent environment and respect for staff and gives public assertion. For trainee coaching type managers are ideal.
