In a recent Podcast, host asked me
Nakul: how do you define the top 1% performers, and what distinguishes them from others?"
Me: It is a common person operating with a Top 1% mindset.
Recently I was leading a team where one of the team members called and told me Nakul let us perform as if there is an award and we are getting it. 28 members in the process and this teammate got the Top score.
Common people: Get everything from him/her
Top 1% people: Can we collaborate and get some good referrals
Common people: I know everything
Top 1% people: Nakul - I want to meet for 30 min a week and learn from you
Common people: Let us watch Netflix
Top 1% people: Nakul - Let us watch some value-adding podcast
Common people: Sit in the same circle
Top 1% of people: Meet new people every day
Common people : Are part of the critic club
Top 1% of people : Appreciate someone
Common people : Same old friend circle
Top 1% people : Buy GYM, executive club membership
