How-to add a field to a list page in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
Adding fields in Dynamics 365 FSCM uses a feature called "personalization". You, as an end-user, can personalize (or add fields to) almost any list page you have access to.
I'll start on the "All vendors list page". Navigate to the "Options" tab in the ribbon bar and select the "Personalize" button. Click the "Add" button and then select the area of the form that you want to add a field to.
After a second, a little widget will display on the right side of the window. This will show all the fields that are available to this view. Select the one you want and click "Add".
Once you close the toolbar, you'll notice your field there. Next, hit the refresh button on your browser. Oops! Where did the field go?!
Just because you added it doesn't mean you saved it to persist to your next session to do this, go through the same steps again and add the field back to the form. Now, before you navigate away from the page, click the drop down by "My view" and give your view a new name.

This view you just created is personal - it's just for you. If you want to share it with someone, take a look at how to do that at this link. Go ahead and create any number of saved views you want - I've had some people make 20 views with various fields added, filters applied, and records sorted.
If you refresh your browser again, though. You'll see the form revert to the default view. Annoying! Well, to fix this, you can just drop down the "My view" button, select the view you want to be the default and then, once it opens, click the dropdown again, the three dots, and then the "Pin as default" button. If you refresh a final time, you'll see your new view is now the default. How easy!
