The HOW is > than the result.
When it comes to transforming your body...
'HOW' you did it is just as important as the result itself!
Most people treat their body like they treat their car...
That is, they let it go until the engine lights turn on or the cars start making weird noises.
My point is, many men I've coached in the last few years have only decided to take action when the scales, or tight clothes or seeing an old photo hits them like a slap in the face.
The reaction is typically to suddenly join the gym, cut out carbs/sugar, cut drinking, switch Big Macs to Big Salads etc..
"Biggest Loser-style approach"
All the obvious stuff that the media/industry tells you to do.
And sure, doing all that has been proven to work and get to a result.
But in most cases, it's a short term fix which results in a rebound back to square one when the extreme sacrifices don't meet reality.
It's an absolute RUSH to get the result ASAP! so they can let their hair down celebrate the achievement (if they make it)... only to slowly slip back into default mode.
So in this case... even if the result is achieved.... the result itself did not suffice and therefore the result itself is not as important as what believe it is in the transformation equation.
So the only other options are to:
1) - Stay the same
2) - Change the 'HOW'

But what's more important is the manner in which he achieved it.
"I've been lenient with my diet... just maintaining the daily calorie and protein intake".
That's it, simple.
No fancy BS, no Hypey-trends, no sacrificial lambs.
