How to test the piezoelectric ceramic?

In He Shuai company, we did 100% testing report for every piece. No matter what you placed it order with 1 pcs or hundreds thousands. Making sure of that every products are 100% high quality. Then,our QC department is getting more important in this production processing. How can we test it?

• Machine: Impedance Analyzer
• We first calibrate analyzer by open-short and 50 Ohl load in related frequency range. Then we’ve made automatic measurements of IZI, Teta, Conductance, Reactance, Susceptance etc. We’ve found resonace frequecies and? draw smith chart etc…
• For example: 2Mhz, HIFU piezo ceramic

We need adjust the machine frequency from 1.5Mhz to 3Mhz.

That’s very important setting. Don’t set it wrong ways. Like : 1Mhz to 2Mhz.

Or 2Mhz to 3Mhz. Make sure your frequency is within your setting range.

How to connect it?
