How to tell me your product has no value.
I like black V-necks. When I business traveled a lot to conferences, they were the perfect shirt. Good for casual events and evenings (under a sport coat), good for daytime. Match any pants. Agnostic attire.
Many of my Vs are tired. Decided to get a new one or two. I see this online company - one of those new "groovy we're hip sustainable" clothes companies. "Free returns, 100% satisfaction."
I order a black V for $22 and a 50% off maroon one.
The shirts arrive. They are paper-thin and saggy. Humbug. I go to the return process.
They refund me, no problem - minus shipping, but then say - "keep the shirts, bring them to a homeless shelter or whatever."
Huh. What am I to think? "So, you are telling me that you recognize that your shirts are so valueless, you don't want the hassle of getting them back?"

8 个月The cost for returning them is probably higher than what they paid for, I'd guess.
