I guess the b2b ecomm solution has to be imagined afresh not being influenced by the b2c models as the needs & challanges here are very different. Probably, it need to develop around personalization, human interaction and after sales commitments. Otherwise it will be difficult for businesses to build trust in the very concept itself.
