Search is fragmenting.

And the Googles will never be the same.

Gone are the days when a marketer or entrepreneur could simply try to rank highest in SEO and really make it mean something for their business.

Now that AI is popping off around every corner, the way we use the internet and the world wide web is changing faster than you can say GPT.

What is a GPT?

It's a Generative Pre-Trained Transformer.

It transforms and compiles code across the interwebs to build it's data set.

While it's building it's data set, it can be given the capability to give output at the request of an input.

Input in.

Data out.

It's Pre-Trained in the sense that it's developers and coders train it to function in certain ways to produce the data sets in the style and formula structure that they put forth as coders and developers.

Essentially what that means is they build the formula the way the want it to transform it to you and I, the User.

Learning the formula these GPTs use with specificity allows you to ask the data set questions in a way that you get next level answers and save yourself so much time and up level your knowledge on a whole plethora of topics because these GPTs literally scan the entire Internet and it's content (the World Wide Web) to give you information.

It's Google on steroids in the case of Perplexity.AI at the moment.

Perplexity gives you real time information.

That's a big deal when an application like Claude.AI, which I am absolutely grateful for and used quite a bit for research and editing lately, only has a data set that goes to April of this year, 2024.

When you can get real time information in a world and digital infrastructure that is changing so quickly, you have an altogether different capability to take your content and knowledge next level because it's able to give you real-time information.

That is a factor that I cannot stress enough is of utmost importance at this time.

For my entire career as a Digital Marketing Strategist, I have been extremely purposeful NOT to use any writing automation or anything close to an AI. Why? Because it would have been easy during that particular part of my journey to get lazy and not do the work I knew I needed to to learn as much as I could about this very complicated topic of Digital Development from a perspective of an actual human user.

Only recently within the last 3 weeks as of today, August 26, 2024 have I done anything but even the most basic of searches on a GPT which I believe I could estimate at around a dozen searches total.

A few weeks ago, I got to the level of my own knowledge that I was comfortable to start testing the waters in how I could Prompt Engineer to get really succint answers.

You see, while I haven't been using GPTs, I have been studying their Prompt Engineering for the day I would. I knew that day was coming. And I've known today was coming when if you don't know how to use AI, you're going to very well have a shift in career until you do.

Last week, Amazons' AI Assistant, Q, has reportedly saved 4,500 HUMAN YEARS in development of their software development data sets with 79% accuracy.

What this means?

WE ARE AT A ONCE IN A LIFETIME INTERSECTION OF EMERGENT TECH, MARKET UNDULATION & CULTURAL SHIFTS.

If you don't learn how to use this technology NOW,

You are going to be left behind in this surge of enterprise possibilities.

Will your business be able to recover from the highs and lows you'll go through by not up leveling your own skill set and that of your team's.

The entire internet is being recoded.

There's no stopping that.

Things they are a changin'!

Either change with them, market offline or loose your market share online.

Three viable options.

The choice is up to you.

Go with the flow and meet the now moments of tech and culture.

Or

Do nothing and get nothing in return.

Those of us that take the bull by the horns and rock what we got will pace with the technology to make it work for our businesses online.

We will be the forerunners who make the most in this market.

You'll eventually have to catch up no matter what you chose to do right now,

if you want to stay marketing online.

The technology is changing.

There is literally no changing that fact.

Web3 is upon us.

Software 2.0 has rolled out.

AI is the automation infrastructure of the now future.

The following is part of a series that I am going to be doing over the next foreseeable future.

It is a the copied information from Perplexity.AI or other GPTs about the things that I am asking the technology about how to function in the technology itself.

Real usable and applicable prompts that are engineered in a very specific way to get me the most bang for my buck using the free versions of the GPTs.

The secret sauce is that you make the Prompts as specific as possible when prompting.

You don't hit return and you can use run on sentences, because if you hit return it uses up one of your Prompts and it also understands run on sentences (at least most of the time!).

I am going to be sharing my prompts, how I engineer them and the responses that I get as I give myself my own Masterclass in my next up leveling of my knowledge.

My Prompt Threads are specially designed to not only give me the information that I need, but give you, my readers the information they need that I already know and give it to you in an easily digestible format and formula.

When you read through each of the Prompt Threads, you'll see the progression of the questions asked and how I continue the conversation to get down to brass tacks in my knowledge base.

This particular thread has to do mostly with Prompt Engineering itself and then goes on to ask about the best ways to use AI as a Digital Marketing Strategist specializing in AI integration.

What I'll be doing over the next few weeks is taking each piece of what the AI has given me as important tasks and measures that it itself is the best way I work within it as a platform to optimize it's use to my advantage.

Out of what it has give me just in this thread, I can see a couple of hundred points that I can elaborate on in all the best ways, now that I know exactly how to focus my efforts to meet the AIs algorithm and best use case scenarios in the now moments of market, culture and tech.

The following is some highlights from the Prompt Engineer Thread

PERPLEXITY DIALOGUE 8.26.24

Here you can not only see the entire conversation, you can see the references Perplexity.AI uses as links, etc. along with additional related topics that it is suggesting a' la a Google search.

Search is about to go next level.

As AI scans the entire globe of the internet and the world wide web, it's going to be more important than ever to know how to engineer your search to get the best results, saving time, money and effort when you know how to do it right.
