My experience working at #DHL Poland was extremely disappointing. I encountered incompetence, irresponsibility, and blatant racism from some employees. One of the most troubling aspects was how employee performance was evaluated: work results were often downgraded or adjusted in favor of those with close relationships to management. I also experienced fraud regarding bonuses. Safety regulations were not only regularly violated, but employees were forced to work under unsafe conditions, which made the environment dangerous. Complaints were ignored, and those who tried to defend their rights were dismissed. Moreover, I personally witnessed people being fired based on their nationality, which further worsened the already toxic atmosphere in the workplace.
