HOW TO SURVIVE IN TODAY'S COMPETITIVE MARKET
Competition in today's business environment is fierce, with new - financially backed - startups coming into the market every day and large corporations spending huge amounts on marketing and innovation. You may be intimidated by the big players, but you simply need to be perceived as better in order to grow.
So, how do you beat the competition?
Although you can provide better quality goods and services for a lower price, or spend heavily on the latest marketing technologies, it is not always easy to compete with larger companies in aspects that they are already good at.
However, there are some qualities and trading habits which many "professionals" lack.
The lack of supply and the obvious demand for ethical business practices will lead to the market value of your offering being far greater than the intrinsic value.
Earn people's trust by dealing in an honest and truthful manner. If you cheat and deceive, you are only fooling yourself.
When you are good to people, they tell everyone that they know. When you are bad to them, they tell EVERYONE!

You need to give customers and shareholders more than what they expect in the best manner possible.

Give people such service that they will keep coming back.
People will like you for doing something extra for them. People do business with people they like.
If you go out of your way to please others, they will remain loyal to you, which is integral to your success.
