  3. then lower down, and do a narrow squat. Now stay in the position and part your right leg to aside. Make sure both your legs are equally distant. Remain in this position in about a few seconds and then bring your legs to the initial position. Stand up and repeat the same. If you become trained in this squat, try the same with some weights.
  4. Bob and weave squat: This is a squat with two parts to it. You need to start with your feet together. This squat has to be glute to glute transition. First, step your left leg aside and put your weight on the right glute. In a regular motion, do a squat while putting the weight on your right glute. Now continue in the same way with left glute. Repeat this ten times, at least.
  5. Deadlift and squat combo: This squat has three parts to it. Start with keeping your legs slightly apart. More precisely, keep feet apart according to your shoulder distance and then slightly bend your knees. Hold dumbbells. Now do a normal squat but with dumbbells.

  8. feeds apart according to the shoulder distances and hold the dumbbell to your chest level. Now get into a squat position and push the weight on the right side. From the right side, bring the dumbbell in the center position and now move the dumbbell to the left side. Similarly, bring the dumbbell to the initial position. Repeat this ten times.
  9. Squat jacks:
  10. This squat has two parts. Start with your feet together. Lower your body to a squat position. Now jump by parting both legs out and then in. Continue doing jumping jacks but in the squat position.

Perform each of the exercises for 15-20 seconds, and you can see wonders happening to your body. This will help to strengthen your muscles and will be a great help in weight loss.
