How to be a success on the show floor in spite of status quo!

As an industry Veteran, probably a nicer way of saying I am a dinosaur, I am certain we all come very close to success in our lives. Some may experience success on a daily basis, others may struggle to accomplish success just a few times in our lifetime. What separates the two divides? I believe the two parallel very closely. The big difference is rigid versus flexible, the never changing versus to old dog learning, and implementing new tricks and skills!! Success doesn't always follow a pattern, it winds and bends around like a rattlesnake on a dry riverbed on a hot summer day! In our glorious industry, SHOW BUSINESS, we are all charged with uniting old with new and creating an area for our clients to be successful at all times. When that happens, we too are also successful. The success occurs when old values and skills unite with new and energetic plans of current day, this is a successful blend.
