How to subscribe a new Hassantuk Panel in Dubai for your new outlet

Hassantuk Subscription Procedure.
As you are all aware that in Dubai Emirate, in all the new outlets, we need to have a Hassantuk Panel - a Smart Monitoring System introduced by Dubai Civil Defence to monitor fire alarm and fire fighting systems real time for immediate dispatch during an emergency.
Here I am sharing the procedure to subscribe for a new Hassantuk Connection.

Documents Required:

2.??????? Affection Plan
3.??????? Trade License of the Shop
Step 1: Logging In
By entering https://smartservices.dcd.gov.ae/en/login Name, Email ID, Mobile Number you can log in.
Step 2: Property Profile Page
You need to enter the following mandatory details in the Property Profile Page
Possession Record:
Representative: Tenant or Contractor
Company Details: (Shop i.e. Tenant Details)
Company Name:
Business License Authority
Trade License No:
Trade License Expiry Date:
FACP / Fire Pump Availability:
Demographics: (you can get these details from Ejari and trade license)
Property Name:
Property No:
Property Sub Type:
Location:
Latitude:
Longitude:
Landmark:
Step 3: Contract Info:
You need to enter the following mandatory details in the Contract Page
Plot No (from the Affection Plan)
Ejari No
Then you are required to upload Ejari and Affection Plan in the bottom of the page
Step 4: Contact Info:
Enter the contact details for the Tenant in the Contact Info Page
Owner Contact:
Emergency Contact: (preferably who is taking care of Facilities Management or dealing the Fire Alarm AMCs)
Payment Coordinator Contact: (preferably Accounts Team or Store Manager / Operations Team)
Step 5: Package Info:
Enter the details for the Outlet
Built Up Area: in sq.ft: (as in Ejari)
Room Type: (from the dropdown menu)
and for all questionnaire Yes or No questions
Step 6: Submission:
Subscription Request Reference Number will generate upon successful submission. And in the email, you will receive the 24x7 ID as well. Following the same, an Invoice will be sent for payment that you can pay online.
Later the DCD Team will come for Site Inspection to check whether the FACP is installed and site is ready to receive the Hassantuk Device and then the Installation will be schedule
