How to Study Online with Dyslexia

Studying online with dyslexia needn't hold you back from learning online.

In this blog article, we share links to popular tools which you can use to make studying online easier.

While we do not currently have a built-in screen reader for our course player, we have found that the most popular screen readers such as?JAWS?and?NVDA/NV Access?are compatible.

?For users on desktop devices, most browsers have a compatible screen reader that can be used, for example, Google Chrome has a free screen reader:?Screen Reader for Chrome

For students on mobile devices and tablets, we recommend the following options:

• iPhone/iPad users can turn on the built-in Voice Over setting with the steps here:?Turn on and practice VoiceOver on iPhone
• On Android phones and tablets, students can use the TalkBack feature shown here:?Turn TalkBack on or off.
