How students can become a full stack developer without any upfront cost?

We have a community of campus ambassadors all over India which organize hackathons where the students get awareness and education about the latest trends in the technological ecosystem. Students explore in-depth about how teams work on full-stack projects and the challenges faced by professional developers in the day to day life.

The hackathons are organized on multiple web technologies like Java, Java scripts, C++, Python. Hundreds of students from 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years participate in the hackathons and compete with each other to win Konfinity scholarships. All of our hackathons are FREE of cost for students and colleges.

Top 5% of the students are shortlisted and invited at Konfinity office in Noida for interviews and finally, there is a prize distribution function where students are provided with Konfinity prizes and gifts. The students who are finally selected are invited to join the community which is completed by signing the Income Share Agreement.

The way Konfinity Income Share Agreement works is that students do not pay anything upfront and only pay after Konfinity gets them a job as a software developer with a salary of more than 10 LPA. Those students who get a job with a salary of more than 10 LPA are required to pay 10% of their annual income in the form of monthly payments until the amount adds up to 1 lakh rupees. In case the 10% of their annual income becomes more than 1 lakh then the students just have to pay 1 Lakh rupees only.

After the students sign the Income Share Agreement they start their journey on a self-learning path comprising of projects from the front end and back end technologies. The students go through a continuous assessment cycle throughout the project where they are evaluated on 1000+ data points on their learning behavior, analytical thinking, communication skills. So after individual projects, the students are teamed together to work on complex full-stack projects.

After team projects, based on the profile and performance students become eligible for interviews at Konfinity’s partner companies. So far, we have placed hundreds of students in global tech giant groups such as Uber, Paytm, Amazon, Classplus.

In a nutshell, students can become professional developers with a salary up to 10 LPA with no upfront cost by signing an Income Share Agreement (ISA).
