Helping Execs & Biz Owners tell stories that amplify brands & grow business

UPDATE (NEW DATE)To those new to my network: welcome! To those old to my network: hey there! Remember, me? ?? Seriously though, a network should be a place we we learn and grow from one another. It's not enough just to accumulate connections. I want to provide value as quickly and as often as I can. Again, my work is all about helping business owners and personal brand leaders craft powerful brand stories to elevate their presentations so they amplify their brands and grow their businesses. I support those who want to move beyond traditional and status-quo communication strategies and transition into a Thought Leadership identify. By showcasing your unique story, I increase your brand’s impact and set you on a path to grow your business effectively. In that spirit, I'm hosting a Zoom Friday November 29 2pm CST, a meet and greet for those who feel they overlap, even if slightly, to see if we can create some powerful connections and possible collaborations. If you know me, I'd love to see you there. If you don't, bring a friend, and just go for it; you'll be happy you did. ?? Link will be in the comments below.

What is a network for if not for support, right?

I know, I know—I have to create the perfect lead gen copy. Nail the strategy. Exercise patience. And of course, bring a genuine, human touch to this platform. I know, I know…believe me, I know. ?? And yet, even with all that effort, I’m still aiming for that modest LinkedIn conversion rate of 2-5% (maybe 10% on a flawless day, if we’re being optimistic). That's the reality of lead gen, folks. It’s less of a sprint and more like... running on a treadmill that someone keeps tilting up. ?? So here’s my experiment: ?? I’ve got some high-ticket offers for those of you who want to dive deep into building a powerful brand story and launching your speaking career. ?? But I also have some low-ticket options, practical and creative, dare I say delicious courses that give you all the storytelling strategies I use—without the big commitment. ?? Here’s my question: how many of you would be interested in one of these courses? If you’re even a little curious, let me know! Let’s see if we can break that 5% ceiling and make this platform a little less...spammy. ??. Link to my three courses below in the comments. #LeadGen #BrandStory #EntrepreneurLife #Storytelling #LinkedInMarketing #DigitalMarketing #BuildingBrands #ProfessionalGrowth #MarketingTips #AuthenticConnections #LinkedInJourney #StorytellingForBusiness

Giving a presentation is hard. Doing a demo is hard. Effectively communicating on a discovery call is hard. Being interviewed is hard. Being asked to speak to a room full of people and impact them with practical information and stories is scary. The good news: It’s not your fault if you haven’t mastered these skills yet. The bad news: it could be your fault if you don’t take action to learn them. Storytelling is key, and though often dismissed as “soft,” it’s a powerful tool. Studies show: - 68% of consumers say brand stories influence purchases. - Purpose-driven companies see 750x higher profits. - Storytelling boosts retention to 65–70%. Embrace storytelling and connect with your audience on a human level—it’s a game-changer for your brand and your business. #StorytellingMatters #BrandStrategy #PublicSpeakingSkills #ExecutiveBranding #BusinessStorytelling #EmotionalIntelligence #PresentationSkills #ThoughtLeadership #BrandBuilding #KreiterCreatives #AuthenticConnection #StandOut

How often do we truly share WHO we are and WHY we do what we do? These are the things that set us apart. Can your business or personal brand afford to quietly blend in? This is me. ?? Kreiter Creatives was founded by Paul Kreiter, a brand storyteller whose journey is defined by resilience, purpose, and a belief in human connection. As a survivor of childhood leukemia, Paul grew up knowing the preciousness of life, an awareness that shapes everything he does. This perspective has guided him through a rich, varied career in social services, education, and the performing arts, where he found purpose in creating authentic, meaningful interactions. Along the way, he discovered his true calling: helping brands and individuals tell their stories with depth, impact, and humanity. With Kreiter Creatives, Paul set out on a clear mission—to help people live in the moment, whether that’s on stage, in conversation, or in presentation. He’s deeply aware of today’s shifting, often challenging landscape and adapts to meet the needs of clients and the entertainment industry to maximize each opportunity for connection. Kreiter Creatives' core focus is on bringing brand narratives to life—through video, live events, and memorable speeches. Paul’s journey and his commitment to impactful storytelling are woven into every project, ensuring each brand can share its unique strengths and value. Kreiter Creatives continues to thrive by helping clients communicate with purpose, creating stories that resonate and inspire, and bringing every brand message to life with warmth, vibrancy, and meaning.

There is a pivotal scene in Marvel's Doctor Strange (2016) takes when Dr. Stephen Strange, a talented yet arrogant neurosurgeon, is grappling with the limitations of his newfound mystical powers. The Ancient One, his mentor, senses his inner conflict and challenges him to see beyond his ego-driven motives. In her wisdom, she reveals that his obsession with perfection stems from a fear of failure—a trait that, while driving his success as a doctor, now hinders his growth as a sorcerer. The Ancient One:?You wonder what I see in your future? Dr. Stephen Strange:?No. Yes. The Ancient One:?I never saw your future, only its possibilities. You have such a capacity for goodness. You always excelled, but not because you craved success but because of your fear of failure. Dr. Stephen Strange:?That’s what made me a great doctor. The Ancient One:?It’s precisely what kept you from greatness. Arrogance and fear still keep you from learning the simplest and most significant lesson of all. Dr. Stephen Strange:?Which is? The Ancient One:?It’s not about you. Her message is a humbling reminder that true greatness comes from selflessness and serving a purpose beyond oneself. This realization becomes a key turning point for Strange on his path to becoming a hero. Your audience is waiting to be saved from the status-quo stale crap they've been subjected to over and over again. Become a PRESENTATION HERO! ?? #itsabouttheaudience #presentations #keynotes #demos #events #customersuccesscasestudies

Don't look now, but some of your neighbors have their holiday lights up. ?? So in that spirit, ?? let me dive in with a playful analogy for holiday foodies. Growing up Jewish, I couldn’t help but envy the festive XMas lights and eats across the cul de sac, from our neighbors, The Rudolphs (seriously), complete with egg nog, shrimp cocktails, and that glorious ham off the bone. ???? I know it's a bit early for this sort of talk (and it's 62 degrees here in Chicago ??), but as a confessed egg nog enthusiast, I even tried whipping up my own in the past to recreate these holiday moments. Let’s just say it turned out more like rice pudding without the rice… no Clark Griswold magic here! ??. But I digress... Let’s talk about what makes a memorable food & speaking experience: “trimming the fat.” How to IMMEDIATELY find the juicy, creative, and meaty parts of your presentation! ?? It’s all about tightening up your content to make it more engaging and direct. We’ve all got those cherished stories or key details we want to include, but it’s essential to ask: is it really relevant to the event and audience? ?? Are these the right ingredients? ???? Think of your presentation as a delicious sandwich! ?? Each element should connect, enhance, and build upon the last, creating a cohesive and satisfying experience for your audience from start to finish. A trimmed down, lean version of your presentation may be the more appropriate choice, especially if you're speaking virtually. The Q/A portion of the event might be the better place for the anecdotes and rich details you were hoping to air. Remember, while crafting this experience, try to take a step back and look at your material with a bird’s eye view: just because YOU think it's important doesn't make it the right choice for the listeners. Now go vote. ?? #PresentationSkills #PublicSpeaking #Communication #AudienceEngagement #TrimTheFat #BuildingTheSandwich

One of my core beliefs—both here on LinkedIn and in life—is that genuine relationships make all the difference. There's nothing quite like supporting someone wholeheartedly, seeing them succeed, and sharing in that joy. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Sara Moscato Howe for over a decade, and I’m consistently inspired by her unwavering loyalty to her team and her community. Sara is a true ally, and her dedication extends to everyone she works with. Sara, thank you for being such a steadfast partner; your support and collaboration mean more than words can say. THIS is what events are all about. #businessloyalty #collaborating #eventplanning #findingyourtribe #supportingyourteam
