Mr Rahul Gandhi Young leader - VP of congress traveled across UP roughly 30 days meeting farmers , ordinary people and promising to waive off loan and criticize PM Modi. He was in news in print media and TV in UP and made a good connect with people of UP for his party . He was requesting PM to attack Initially to Pak after URi attack and post surgical Strike he also appreciated PM for showing Guts . Within few days - he saw BJP gaining ground after surgical strike and he spoke " Khoon ki Dalali" and his party had to do three Press conference to save him. when his graph was going on up for his party and with one his remark - he became laughing stock across people in social media and TV debate . This was he losing" will power ". challenge . One emotional outburst can spoil your hard work.- Rahul lives as sedentary life style and does not have control on emotional brain. You need will power to fight temptation .
Post Uri attack- every citizen was critical of PM and social media was full along with opposition party to criticize PM. He did not react and only measured response that india will punish these terrorist " when and where India will decide" No time line was given , He Gave lecture in Kerla to people of india that india and pak to fight poverty . He took all criticism and did not react.Post surgical strike only DGMO spoke and he did not took credit and neither gave any tweets . His party and Military did talking . He could have been tempted to speak but he avoided . On dashera day, Media was expecting he will speak and he did say nothing . You need "will power" to hold your view . His High will power is result of his 1 hour yoga/meditation and exercise daily .

Meaning of will power " we have one brain and two mind and both mind have competing goal" we have will power challenge like morning waking up /doing yoga or gym daily in our life
each of us take resolve every year to lead better life by stopping smoking ,start waking up early ,start doing exercise 20 minute every day and early dinner and stop eating junk food , start reading books and list goes on end less. we all have desire to live better life . we also know by our friend/books/internet what action will lead to healthy life but most of time we fail to execute what we promise to our self due to poor will power .
How I met will power challenge
- I was son of farmer and went to IIT in first attempt and without any guidance i have met most of will power challenge with my strong will power.
- i have never taken meat/chicken
- i have never did smoking
- i have drank
- i m doing 4 hours exercise and yoga daily without fail
- i woke up every day same time irrespective what time i sleep. i do not give a choice to my self.
we all know our solution to our problems or we can borrow from friend/books/expert but we need a breaking moment or massive action in our mind to move from one way of living to another way of living . we have one brain but two mind in our brain . Our decision centre is prefrontal cortex which need to be strengthen up.

How to improve Will power
according to my research and my own experience - 10 tips
- meditation- neuron control our impulse . we have at any moment min 50 thousand troubling our mind and which result into we getting tired . meditation forces flood flow in our prefrontal cortex which control our mind. daily 5- 10 minute meditation will change our behaviour. we will sleep better -better sleep of 7 hours improve will power
Breathing - slow breathing reduce our stress . when i was going for my operation and i use to do daily doing 20 times this exercise to reduce my blood pressure . If you breath 4 to 6/per minute - will power will improve
- Exercise this is called wonder drug for will power . This improve the blood flow in prefrontal brain and improves the decision making
- Glucose -stop eating too much and reduce your junk food . what you eat have big role in will power .
- Reduce variability in behaviours you should have fix timing for sleeping and waking up. you should fix eating timing and reading timing
- Pre commitment - you should fix your permanent journey cycle and do not change . you should not negotiate with your plan. do not give choice to your self .
- small exercise- do small exercise
- Do not be critcal to your self- Most of are critical to our self when we fail to challenge our self and when we fail - we should be easy on our self
- Be Pessimist vs optimist - if you are pessimist - then you will do well

- Internet- more you spend time in social media , more your will power will reduce
