The way I viewed my part in this industry today

Most journey in business is paved by struggle and failure. Something am very much aware of due to direct and first line experience about it.

I was focused on the growth; I wanted to expand too fast and forgot the basics taught in school, about how businesses should rise gradually from the first years before additional facets are introduced. The basics. We neglect the basics. ?

It doesn’t mean I was not aware, because I was aware and I heard but, did not listen and clearly comprehend, some of the laws of business in this land.

In the present day, I took a breather and saw from a wider angle how it all should be and it has made all the difference.

The world is constantly evolving, so too are the opportunities for businesses to grow, adapt, and excel. Yet, many small businesses face challenges when it comes to scaling effectively and adapting to changing environments like the two businesses I had started back in the days, one in IT field and the other in the Travel industry.

This is where the power of strategy consulting and training comes into play. By helping businesses build robust strategies, enhance leadership skills, and upskill their teams, I pave the way for sustained success.
