Use your imagination in a positive way
The mind doesn’t know the difference between imagination or reality, and this applies
to positive things too!
If you positively forecast an outcome you will have a positive outcome!
Stop thinking in extremes
Life isn’t black and white… It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
If you think like that you will miss out on the shades of grey in life.
Stop Mind Reading
Having to assign a meaning to everything, stops you from just relaxing in the neutral.
Stop Taking all the responsibility for negative situations
It’s not always your fault, and sometimes it’s out of your control.
Take responsibility for some of the positives!
Stop generalising the negative
It’s not permanent and it doesn’t apply to everything.
See setbacks as temporary.
Don’t minimise the positive.
