Which means most of the time, you are unaware that you are pre-programmed. And it has been happening since your birth.

It starts with recognizing, understanding, and eliminating the patterns which are hurting or no longer serving you.
It can be very challenging to have that level of self-awareness. That is one of the reasons why we compare ourselves to other people.
